Core Concepts
Saite organizes your work around a simple hierarchy:
Your Company

└── Assets (compressors, dryers, filters, tanks)
└── Components (oil filters, belts, separators)
You can also group assets if you need - like putting an air dryer with the compressor it supports.
Two Types of Service
- Scheduled Maintenance — Service Agreements define recurring PM visits based on time intervals or hour readings
- Service Calls — Service Requests capture customer calls and one-off work
Both flow into Services, where you record the actual work performed.
